Mana regeneration affixes help builds which struggle with mana. Even for endgame, it can compensate for the missing Meditation after switching to Infinity Rune Word, all for the price of a Pul. Wisdoms can be extreme useful for the midgame, where it makes Razortail and Raven Frost obsolete and allows some builds, such as Javazons, to wear Thundergod's Vigor and a Stone of Jordan. It is meant to be used by ranged builds, such as bowazons, throw barbarians and Act I rogues.
